With an experience of over 9+ years, I am a Finance Professional seeking challenging assignments to excel in the field of in Finance. Adept at core finance operations like financial & strategic planning, finance control management, financial profitability & budgeting, business operations management. • Prepare annual operating plan for both OPEX and CAPEX.
• Present quarterly budget reviews (act vs. bud) to top management
• Control capex/ opex on monthly basis (act vs. bud).
• Build and control accruals during the month
• Review, discuss, provide financial assistance and prepare consolidated annual budgets and forecasts of the entire functional areas.
• Analyse variances and discuss with functional areas and obtain explanations for variances.
• Prepare and update the financial polices & procedures.
• Control the Expenses.
Provide short term and long term financial planning assistance to various functional areas of Operations & Technology.-• Review/ discuss/ provide financial assistance and prepare consolidated annual budgets and forecasts of the entire Operations & Technology functional areas.-• Analyze variances and discuss with functional areas and obtain explanations for variances.-• Perform Cost Management needs assessment and gap analysis.-• Provide Cost and Commitment reports to various functional areas of Operations & Technology to effectively control costs and proactive fund management.-• Manage the preparation of monthly expense accruals of unpaid committed costs. The Costs/Contractual obligations that have been incurred OR are liable for payment for the current period but have not been paid yet.-• Manage the tracking and reporting of Capital Budget of SAMBA Technology and reconciliation with the corporate capital budget tracking unit.-• Manage the Technology project expense tracking and reporting within Technology functional areas and with corporate Financial Planning & Control Group.-• Manage the project expense liquidations if held under the prepaid in a timely manner on project completion.-• Technology asset management in line with corporate policies and guidelines. Manage the physical verification and reconciliation process of Technology assets for the entire organization. -• Co-ordination with all respective functional areas to ensure adequacy of supporting details for analysis and evaluation.-• Ensure compliance to corporate financial policies and procedures.
